Glazed in an Art Deco green with a patina that interacts with the throwing lines. Topped with a band of the dark metallic glaze, same as the Christmas Tree stars. However here it is layered onto the green, resulting in the glaze behaving slightly differently. In some pots it remains in a firm band but others it develops wonderful drips. Every one is unique!

Handmade from a lump of stoneware clay, thrown on the wheel. It is then trimmed, fired, glazed then fired again.

Filled with black tipped 8cm long matches and striker on base.
